For tracking companies with clients already on the road
Move your tracking clients to a platform with your name on it.
You already have clients, and their trackers are fitted and working. But the tracking software isn't yours. Your clients either log in to another company's platform, with that company's name on it, or to a server you have to maintain yourself. We set you up on a platform with your own name on it and help you move your clients to it. The trackers stay where they are, and most of them only need a new server address.

Where you might be moving from.
Most operators who ask us about switching are in one of these three situations.
Reselling another company's brand
Your clients log in to a site with another company's name on it. You find the accounts and fit the units, but the provider sets the price list and decides what clients see.
Hosting the software yourself
The licence may be cheap, but you're the one who patches and watches the server. When a certificate expires or the disk fills up overnight, it's your phone that rings.
Paying a hosted platform per unit
Many hosted platforms charge per unit, so signing a 200-van fleet pushes your bill up that same month. How far you can brand the service depends on the provider's terms.
How the move works.
A switch has four parts, and the old platform keeps running until the last one is done.
- Step 1
Order a plan and send your branding
Choose a plan for the devices you have, then send us your logo, colours and the web address you want. Most servers are up within a day.
- Step 2
Bring over accounts and devices
From a supported platform (ask us whether yours is one), we import accounts, devices and stored positions. Otherwise you upload devices from a spreadsheet and add accounts in the portal.
- Step 3
Move the trackers in batches
Point your own vehicles at the new server first, then one client you know well, then the rest, a client at a time.
- Step 4
Close the old account
Once the last units have been reporting to your server for a few days, export any old reports you need and cancel.
What your clients see after the switch.
Clients sign in on your domain, with your logo above the login form. Password resets and other emails come from your domain too. The portal uses your colours in its light and dark themes, and our name doesn't appear anywhere they look.
- The portal and sign-in page on your web address
- Your icon on the optional Fleet app
- System emails worded your way

What stays the same
The trackers and their wiring stay put. So do the SIM cards, if the contracts are in your name. Clients keep their vehicle names, and their history too if you're coming from a supported platform.
What changes
The trackers report to a new server address, and clients sign in at a new web address. Your software bill becomes one flat monthly fee based on your device count. Setup is free, and none of your income comes to us.
Before you decide
Will my clients have to do anything?
Very little. They go to your new web address and choose a password the first time they sign in. If you offer the Fleet app, they open its address on their phone and save it to the home screen. Nothing changes in their vehicles.
Do the trackers have to be reinstalled?
Rarely. An installed unit only needs a new server address and port. Most models accept that by SMS, or as a command from the platform they report to now. Look your models up in the device search before you plan the batches.
Can I move a few vehicles first and the rest later?
Yes, and it's the safer way to do it. Begin on Starter with a pilot group, then move up a plan as more units come over. The bigger plan is billed from your next renewal.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The plan renews monthly until you cancel, and the server keeps working through the last month you paid for.
